Questions people ask
Is there a free udhaar khata app?
Yes. BridgeAux's Free plan keeps a khata for up to 10 customers with running balances, part payments and spoken entries, on any phone through the browser. Starter (₹399 a month) removes the limit and adds a link each customer can pay you from by UPI.
Can I send udhaar reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. BridgeAux writes a polite reminder with the amount due and your UPI ID and opens WhatsApp with it, so you send it from your own number. Reminders and printable statements come with the Growth plan.
Does the customer see their balance?
From the Starter plan, each customer gets their own khata link showing their balance and entries, with a button to pay you by UPI. Nobody else can see it.
Can my staff write udhaar?
On Pro and above, staff get their own logins (5 on Pro, 25 on Business) and can write sales and udhaar, and you see who sold what.
