Questions people ask
Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes, Google doesn't charge for a Business Profile. Google decides how to verify it (often by phone, video or postcard). On Starter and above, our team sets it up or claims it with you.
Can I buy reviews or offer a discount for them?
No. Google's rules don't allow paying for reviews or giving anything in return, and fake reviews can get a listing suspended. BridgeAux helps you ask real customers at the right moment instead.
Do I need to sign in with Google?
No. You link your listing by pasting its Google Maps link, and the review link, QR card, WhatsApp asks and reply writer all work from that. You post replies on Google yourself, or our team helps.
