Questions people ask
Is the website free?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, includes a website at bridgeaux.com/s/your-shop with your items and prices and orders on WhatsApp. Free shows a small "Website by BridgeAux" line; Growth and above remove it, and our team connects your own domain.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Orders open WhatsApp on the customer's phone with the order written in, and they send it to your number. If you want messages to arrive inside BridgeAux too, you can connect the WhatsApp Business API later, with Aux guiding you step by step or our team doing it.
How do customers pay?
Directly to you: cash, or UPI to your own UPI ID. BridgeAux doesn't hold your money and takes no commission on orders.
Can I take bookings instead of orders?
Yes. Salons, clinics, tutors and other services get a booking form; requests come to you on WhatsApp, and from Growth into the app to confirm, with reminders to the customer.
